Confirmations

A written confirmation must be received from Almond Beach to make a reservation active. A deposit of 25% of total bill is due at time of confirmation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A 3 night minimum stay is required during Winter Season and a 5 night minimum stay is required during peak periods.

Cancellation Policy

90 (or more) days prior to arrival - 100% refund of deposit. 61 - 89 days prior to arrival - forfeit 25% of deposit. 31- 60 days prior to arrival - forfeit 50% of deposit. 30 (or less) days prior to arrival - forfeit 100% of payments.

Please note that any funds forfeited will be credited towards a future stay at the lodge.

There can be no refunds due to airline delays, or acts of God (including weather).
Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
